Brief: This was a partwork release, available by mail order from EMI France. The purchaser paid for 16 VHS cassettes and received a number of free gifts including 2 bonus VHS cassettes which contained Series 4 episodes not previously released on home video in France. These two cassettes would see general retailer release in Spring 1994 and February 1995 respectively. The other free gifts were a briefcase, an umbrella and an English language edition of Dave Rogers' The Complete Avengers. The video covers were redesigned compared to the standard releases, but the cassettes themselves exactly replicated the existing (and forthcoming) releases.

(*) These episodes were presented featuring their original English soundtracks with French on-screen subtitles.
