David K. Smith prepares to move TheAvengers.TV to a new host which offers more space and bandwidth for less money. As the site's forum is to be relaunched, partly to combat an increasing number of spam attacks, the old forum is taken down and replaced by a notice promising a new, improved forum soon. The new forum software is again being custom built built by David in association with his colleagues. Although not planned to be so, the forum proves to be unavailable for three months.

TheAvengers.TV relaunches on the new host (the domain name remains unchanged), complete with a beautiful new gateway page designed by Carlos Pagés of Los Vengadores. All of the sites on TheAvengers.TV now have their own discrete sub-domains and everyone has to update their favourites!

The new TheAvengers.TV International Forum is finally launched after three months. The return is some two months after the planned relaunch date, due to real life pressures. However, the revamped forum boasts greatly improved functionality and quickly gets up a head of steam.

Ian Duerden visually striking website, The Avengers Artland, is moved to a new web host and a domain carrying the name of its webmaster. This is one of two versions of Ian's site remaining on the web today. In recent years the site at this particular address has been rebranded Ian Charles Duerden Artland while the one at TheAvengers.TV retains its original name.
