Certain discs in the StudioCanal DVD edition of The Avengers have been corrected due to errors in production. Purchasers can obtain replacement discs by following the procedure below:

Disc 3 (encoding error in Propellant 23)
Disc 6 (cuts to The Golden Eggs)
Disc 7 (cuts to Conspiracy of Silence)

The Avengers Series 4
Disc 3 (video freeze in The Gravediggers)
Disc 7 (video glitch in The Strange Case of the Missing Corpse)

The Avengers Series 5
Discs 1-7 (All discs incorrect audio pitch issue on all episodes)

The Avengers Series 6
Disc 1 (incorrect audio pitch issue on The Forget-Me-Knot)

Disc 5 (mastering problem with Legacy of Death) this is not part of an official replacement programme (unfortunately, the replacement disc introduces an audio pitch error)

Special Features Disc (Individual Release ONLY)
Some DVDs were sent out with a fault that rendered them completely unplayable. Replacement procedure is different from the previous instances: please see the bottom of this page for details.

The Complete Series set is now confirmed as including the full set of corrected discs. Purchasers do not need to return any discs from this set.

Important Note: You may already have corrected discs. Check the shiny side of the disc near the centre hole for the code number. If the number contains 'V2' you do not need to return your disc as it is already the corrected version.

Exception: The Series 5 discs were 'V2' on release. Corrected replacements are 'V3'.

If the number does not contain 'V2' (or 'V3' for Series 5) and you wish to receive a replacement, please send your disc/s with an explanatory note and your full home address including post/ZIP code and country, to:
